I'm going to highlight some interesting and valuable topics I picked up at this year's DScoop
TransPromo - This term was used frequently at Dscoop this year. It seems to be getting lots of interest due to the increasing need to drive color on demand into traditionally non-color marketing communications. With the use of co-marketing relationships, communication pieces can evolve to higher quality printing (color) at little or no additional cost utilizing transpromo space. The average consmer spends only a couple seconds viewing a standard marketing piece, but we spend minutes viewing our statement based communications. Using transpromo strategies, consumers are exposed to marketing messages in these mediums for much longer. This is a great way to justify color-on-demand. |
